1. Plan
To ensure success, our team members at Branded UX work intimately with the project’s key players to understand the client’s vision and create an end product that far exceeds expectations. A crucial first step is analyzing any weaknesses within existing products and understanding their users’ concerns, complaints and overall experiences. We then look at analytical data and user research in terms of the company’s focus to ensure our branding is consistent and focus on how we could improve customer experience, retention and brand awareness.

2. Design
We pride ourselves on our designs, they are intuitive and smart and a result of much planning and thought. Our designs are a culmination of many late nights, sometimes out-of-the-box thinking, and even an idea or two from the shower. We take those ideas and convey them in the form of sketches, wire frames, and media selections specifically aligned with each projects goals so that all parties involved have a clear understanding of the projects direction both from an architectural and a visual perspective.

3. Implement
With all the pieces in place, we now take the necessary steps to bring the client’s vision to life. Depending on the requirements for the project our team either begins the development phase and starts coding and rendering or we hand off all project deliverables to the client for their in-house team. In either case, we review the outcome of our work with the client to assure all measures of success are met, if not exceeded, and that all parties involved are completely satisfied. We continue to keep an open line of communication with each of our clients even after the launch date to monitor our project’s success; observing resulting improvements and growth and sometimes areas of improvement.
